Ron Cotes quits!   Now what?

One thing about being a CEO in the U.S., is that most tend to come and go on a regular basis. All CEO's will have a "golden parachute" in their contract that will keep them afloat while searching for another gig.  It would certainly be interesting to learn why he quit or was "shown the door". Good luck to the next RE import boss and lets keep an eye on Mr. Cotes to see where he ends up.

My sources tell me that Rod is leaving because he got an offer "that he couldn't refuse".
I wondered myself because I know first hand how difficult it is dealing with India.

Rod has been there for 5 years which as a CEO which is about right. He is a great guy
who is probably the most honest and ethical man I have ever met. His word
is his bond. We came together in difficult circumstances and were able
to work together well which is telling.

As for the future - someone will be hired to replace him just like hundreds of thousands
of other companies have. There is a good team in place so life is good

I think Rod Copes did a amazing job with RENA and wish him all the best in his next new challenge. It will be interesting to see who they hire to fill his place.
