The Royal Enfield 250cc has been spied testing, it is probably going to be named hunter 250. It will come with a new BS6 compliant 250cc engine. https://www.mototechindia.com/royal-enfield-250cc/ (https://www.mototechindia.com/royal-enfield-250cc/)

250 GT + Mikuni? Should work OK, is this a new or used carb off some other bike you're talking about?

If you're in the UK, try Allens' Performance for jets and needles as they offer VM carb conversions for various classics, I suspect their settings for a BSA 250 Starfire would be pretty close.

For the benefit of jneesh89, this is the bike Del boy is talking about.

Original post is over 12 months old, Praps Del boy has fixed it by now - or given up?
