Title: First used EFI Bikes for sale
Post by: Rusty on July 29, 2009, 09:43:09 pm
A bit of UK e-bay window shopping revealed these;

They must be early ex-demo bikes but no mention of the recall work. Why would a dealer be getting rid of his demos? I've asked the question.

Yes Rusty - I spotted these myself last night on ebay. I'm guessing they are from a dealer (scotland based) - both bikes have a fair few miles on them so I guessed they were ex demo bikes. As for the gearbox work being done - maybe that's another question. They are only about £500 less than a new one so not 'sale of the century' !

Rusty - As a follow up I've just seen the first private (UK) EFI for sale in the REOC Gun magazine. It's an 09 model with less than 1000 miles, the price is a very reasonable £3000. Rather tempting but I'm having a great deal of fun on my AVL DL  ;D
