Cosmetic issues include the tank paint scratches, a couple missing pieces for one of the side covers, and worn seat.
I bought the bike off of a lot in 2018 and about a year ago had a Harley dealership fix up the starter and replace the battery. It sat in my garage from 2018-2022. I rode it all last summer with no issues and it still starts up just fine. The bike could use new tires and a chain cleaning.
