Hi folks and thanks for all you've done and I'm willing to bet you'll continue with improvements. 

I would suggest the Forum "Wanted" be amended to "Wanted/For Sale".
Not to take away from any of your business, but to better serve those of us in the States who may find it unfeasible to accommodate buyers overseas, and or prefer to sell to RE knowledgeable, intelligent folks here.
In any case thanks for taking over as hosts. You've have previously and I expect for the foreseeable future to serve us well.
