What is it with this side? It comes off relatively easy. Getting it back on is a mystery to me. I think I have it lined up but it doesn't go on. Dam.... three tries. I stop have a cigarette and a few choice words. Go to try it again and bang like butter.   Go figure.  I really need to pay attention next time. Well hopefully there won't be a next time. I upgraded to 19t front sprocket.  Going to test ride soon.  Oh well it is what it is.

With my Bullet, I paid close attention to the two locator pins. And lightly tapped and it slid right on.

Silver, I found it was getting stuck on the kick start shaft. I put a little oil on it and the case just slides on and off. Try it next time and let me know how you get on with that 19T sprocket
