Hello all,  Anyone out there experience clutch chatter with their UCE engine? Mine has chattered since day one and I've put up with it for 11k miles now. For those who may have experienced this and resolved it, was replacing the clutch and friction plates sufficient to resolve the problem. Obviously I've learned to live with it but would prefer a smoother clutch engagement. Thanks everyone.

not heard of this on the Enfield's, are you sure its the clutch and not primary chain or loose engine tie?

I can't say for 100% certain, but it feels very obvious in the clutch lever when entering the friction zone. It's lesser if a bit more throttle is applied.

I sense that's the issue, or the springs are applying uneven pressure on engagement. In time I'll replace all the pressure and friction plates and springs. Probably a job for next winter. Just wanted to get some feedback from the forum. I was unable to find anything via the search function so I suppose this is rather rare.  That's good news.  Thanks everyone.
