Front mud flap for the Meteor?

I have seen some pics and video that show a small mud flap attached to the front fender on some Meteors, but I don't find it in the accessory list from Hitchcock's at all. Anyone got any info on that item?

Got my answer on this today, as 5 Meteors just arrived in Vancouver. The pics I saw without the mud guard were just publicity pics. The bike does have that mud guard installed as a standard part.
