Hi, does anybody out there know how much work is involved in fitting a bullet engine into a crusader frame ?
I have found an article on how to fit a unit triumph engine in that frame but haven’t found how to fit the bullet engine in.

Actually it's quite a popular conversion, though I suspect Grumbern's example will have been more thought-through than most.

Fitting a unit 500 or 350 Triumph twin engine into a Crusader frame is a lot easier, buy a set of Converta engine plates from Unity Equipe in the UK, add a custom oil tank and you're pretty much there.

Of course, if you have the frame from a Redditch Bullet or twin rather than the Crusader, a pre-UCE/EFI Indian Bullet engine and gearbox will just bolt straight in.
