Title: Configuration cogs

How can I get rid of the spinning cogs?
I don't require instant access to colour change the forum  ???

Hello,

The sub menu can be closed by clicking the cogs. If you are talking about removing the small cogs icon all together, I am afraid this is not a changeable option and is something that is part of the forum software.
