The road to Neah Bay is full of twisties (Rte 112). For things to do there are hiking trails like the one to Cape Flattery, the westernmost point in the lower 48, vast beaches and the Makah Native American museum.
Camping is available at Hobuck campground. I am going to go out there, maybe this coming weekend, to scope it out, take pics, time the route, etc.). The next day would be a nice ride to say, Pacific Beach or the Quinault area. I was at Pacific Beach a couple of weeks ago and the campground did not seem crowded (but the weather is getting nicer now. There's also "rough" camping, or as we call it guerilla camping. Finding a clearing up a back road and dropping in for the night. Kinda like the old Cannonball days. I hear there's a way to ride the beach from somewhere south of Neah Bay to Taholah. I will look into this as well.
Adventure, anyone?
