I just purchased a 2004 bullet and noticed that it has an oil leak on the right side as shown on the attached image. It looks like it is coming from the Hex bolt. It only seems to leak when the engine is running. If I wipe it off and the bike sits it doesn't seem to leak. Has anyone else had this problem? Any info on how to remedy the leak would be appreciated. Thanks.

That is the crankshaft oil feed bolt. It has a hollow center and is where the primary pump forces oil into the crank. There should be a copper washer/seal (which I don't see in your photo) around that bolt. If needed, get a new washer and install it. Do not overtighten, strip the threads or snap this bolt. A slight leak is preferable to snapped bolt.

Looks like it is leaking from the quill bolt.
That bolt has a sealing washer which is usually copper, and can be replaced to seal the leak. You can get one from the dealer, or from NField Gear.
Don't over-tighten it. Just tighten the quill bolt on the new washer enough to get it sealed, and not strip the threads.
