I don’t ride two up though

My wife would like me to purchase a seat cowl and the solo seat.  I’m wondering if any one has a source for this.   I heard that parts sent from India are not being shipped due to the virus

Not to be a smartass, but did you ask your dealer?  My dealer had them in stock when I bought the bike, so I made it part of the package.

When I bought my Continental, it came with bar end mirrors, small front screen, black heel plates and intake covers. It also came with the seat and cowl but that was not fitted. I have had the bike two weeks now and are still waiting for the seat and cowl to arrive. Must be in short supply due to COVID.

India is not yet shipping. I would check with dealers in other areas to see if anyone has it. Someone in the USA must have one. Good luck with the bike too! I may have missed it but have you posted a pic? What color? I am looking forward to a test ride on the GT one of these months.......been craving a white one.

The single seat is a standard item from the RE accessory catalogue. I also would recommend to call some RE dealerships inside the U.S. and ask for stock items. Be sure to specify the color of the cowl, these are available in different colors. My dealer has always one in stock, but referring to Henry Ford "you can get any color as long as it is black" Fortunately I have a black bike... Other colors may be difficult, some not available yet at all.

India is still in lockdown until at least june 20. The single seat seems to be unavailable worldwide.

It seems to be as much uncomfortable as the 2 seater though. If you ride for extended periods, maybe it is worth getting a custom made seat .

Good for you! India maybe shipping, but the receiving countries may not be fully functional yet. The stuff I ordered 2 months ago still sitting in NY International Processing Center in the USA. I am afraid to order anything from eBay from other countries as most don't use services like FedEx for international shipping as it costs too much for the shippers and ended up getting stuck in customs and border patrol or processing centers due to covid.

I am still waiting for the items I ordered in April

They are still stuck at NY, and no update whatsoever. Tried reaching seller, USPS, eBay and no help so far... Scared to order anything these days, looks like most of the processing centers are clogged.
