I tend to ride my 04 Bullet cafe hard which really gets the crank pressure up. The other day both hoses let loose and what a mess it caused! Fortunetly I was just going back to my house when it happened. Both of the original hose clamps were shot, I could easily bend them with my fingers. I replaced them with quality clamps and now there is no problem. My bullet only has 3k on it so they were not that old. So it might be a good idea for all you fellow Bulleteers to replace yours before they "Go South"! On another note I just replaced the original battery and the coil( with the Bosch unit) and what a difference it made. Definetly worth the $'s and effort. :o

Sounds like a good thing to do while the hoses are off the bike being re-routed into a more effective configuration.
Good heads up. Thanks
