There is water on the dash of my classic 500, does anyone know how to disassemble it? I will try to dry and seal it

Tks

Ahhh  .  .  . .  but does it return later, like after the ambient temperature drops? If so, I would take it to the dealer for a new unit under warranty, as the moisture inside the glass will disappear - actually vaporize - when the unit heats from being in the sun, but, if these units are sealed, that trapped vapour inside will recondense onto the glass once it cools again.

Moisture in there on a permanent basis may corrode the internals eventually.

Mine has never had a moisture issue in the main display, or the Tripper.

You disassemble it and any warranty claim will be voided. Stuff like this is what warranties are for.

A close look at your picture seems to show the bezel seal is misaligned with the glass. Not good enough to ensure water stays out.

Yes it's dependant on the weather, it's not as much as yours though, so you might want to take it back to the dealer to check it out.
