When you say Halcyon style mirrors, are they knockoffs and if so from where? I'd like Halcyon rectangles but not quite the price and shipping from the UK to the US.

Beautiful bike man. Nice job. I have just installed the same luggage racks and I am very happy with them. I think next will be the same YSS set you have. I love the bike but every time I go over a bump I feel every bone in my body.
I think those shocks are height adjustable. Did you extend them?
