Hi all
I am keen to take the DB reducers out of my S&S pipes. Is the process just unscrewing the screw at the rear of the pipe and it comes out or does it require anything else?
Cheers and beers

Make sure you don't drop the bolt down the pipe. I just pulled mine out but at most it might  take a pair of needle nose pliers.

I have to agree with Dharma-watch that little screw.  I took the baffles out of my S&S and the weld on one of the baffles came loose and dropped in the pipe.  Had to take it off and jiggle it out.

However-the S&S without baffles sounds great.

I honestly think they sound better without the db killers.

any idea how big the exhaust pipe connection point is?

I've been trying to order a muffler, but am not near my bike and can't find the measurement anywhere online...

is it a 1.5inch pipe? 1.75?

Please help!

If it is for your 650 it will fit and it fits perfectly.

Did the EFI and intake require adjustment when you installed the S&S pipes?

The bike will adjust itself to the new pipes.  Just let it run at idle for about 10-12 minutes after you install them for the EFI to adjust the fuel/air mixture.
