Looks the part, but if it's sheer volume you're after, get the Stebel Magnum TM80 twin horns. 139Db - they'll hear you all right!
Stebel also do a small air horn for bikes - the Nautilus. Same volume, higher pitch, a bit incongruous looking on the bike.

I really want an AWOOOGAAAHHHHH horn, but they are so big and ugly!

The sound of that Lucas is pretty cool.  Same character as an ayooga horn.
