Thanks Adrian! That silver one checks all my boxes...Although I must confess that owing to my recent spraggy woes (https://forum.classicmotorworks.com/index.php/topic,26991.0/all.html)--now thankfully resolved at long last--I cannot help but now stare at that starter lumpage with dark thoughts of taking maybe a 5 iron to it...or perhaps better yet a 6 or even 7 for that little extra bit of lift, to really pitch it high over the hedgerows. That silver lovely bears a passing resemblance to my own Norton "Desert Sled," shown candidly below still in hibernation. While I also well appreciate the spare utilitarianism of that spindly greenish one, it doesn't grab me with quite the same firm grip.
