Title: alloy mudguards--questions
Post by: Sam on October 18, 2007, 01:20:44 am
Anybody tried a pair of the unpolished alloy mudguards our host sells? I assume they're just blanks, with no neat little channels for wiring, etc. Any experience with these? I lust for a set; nothing says vintage like alloy parts. Of course, stainless steel is a job, alloy is a career......

The alloy mudguards that we sell are relatively plain alloy mudguards. You are correct in assuming that there are not wiring channels etc. We sell a LOT of these. You are also correct about them giving your bike the "correct look". You can see more about them here:

I am toying with the idea of both of those items too. First though the ignition, then fit the disk..  I am healing well, and will be fit in a couple of weeks I think, then on to modifying the Bullet.
