  Oil catch can and sprag clutch all in and working properly !  My next issue is the carb ? Will it work without the PAV connected as I don't have an airbox only a cone filter . The bike will start and run for a short time but as soon as I touch the throttle it cuts out ?  Is it too much air and not enough petrol getting through ?  Thanks again for all your replies much appreciated .

If removing the PAV system, or if someone has done it for you, check that ALL the holes left by its removal are plugged, on the inlet/carb mounting side as well as the exhaust.
