Pretty certain the answer is "yes". Plenty of aftermarket options available, some pretty awful, but did you mean the old-style sprung saddle and pillion pad as your Enfield 1948 forum name suggests, or an American style large sprung saddle, or something else?

The Woodsman seat on mine looks nice and pretty sure you get various pads to fit the frame brackets from Hitchcocks.
