Scrambler build with a GT 535.
The mods done as yet, the front shocks have been moved down and now rest in line with the top yolk. Retrofitted the handle bar from the Himalayan. The rear shocks have been swapped with a pair of Hagons (2810). Also the bike now runs 18" front and 17" rear with dual sport tyres.
Besides a free flow filter and exhaust, the compression has been increased by using a thinner base gasket. The crank has been replaced with a heavier one from the Classic500 and supplemented by the vibration reduction plate from Carberry.
This has resluted in a bike that handles incrementally better off road than stock, mainly due to the changed ergonomics, rear shocks and increased torque, the bike can move from stand still, 1st gear/no throttle, 2nd gear with just a slight twist of the throttle.
Vajra535 ( base bike 2012 classic500)
