Hi fellows.
So my 2014 Classic 500 is breakdown for 2 months now.
Symptoms :
MIL does not come on. Started at first and idled but when I turn the throttle the engine stalls. Now it does not even want to idle anymore.
Checks done:
Fuel pressure and filter, injector spray pattern and reaction. TPS setting and siring to ECU. Valves and fiming. Map sensor wiring checked. Rollover sensor checked. ECU VCC and sensorground checked. Throttle body checked and cleaned. Airfilter and fuelfilter checked. Battery connection checked. (Thick and thin negative)
Findings:
When I connect the single pole connector at the ECU to earth and I switch the ignition on (even though MIL does not come on when trying to start) it gives me fault codes for the following:
TPS sensor
MAP sensor
Roll over sensor
Injector circuit
Crankshaft position circuit.
 :o :o :o
What do you think.... Maybe faulty ECU?

Sounds like a main dealer sort out, In saying that the ECU is normally reliable, l have never had one go down.

How do you clear the old logged faults?

This is the procedure to delete the codes of errors recorded in the ECU memory of Bullet EFI.
1- motorcycle off
2-connect to ground the special the purple wire coming from the ECU (otherwise the procedure does not work ).
3- open up completely the throttle
4- turn the ignition key to ON (but do not start the engine).
5- wait 10-12 seconds (if you wait more than 12 second the procedure does not work) and release the throttle grip.
6- The MIL light after further 5 seconds blinks rapidly 2 times and the memory is erased.
Tested procedure successfully on my EFI Bullet G5 2010.
Sorry if message is not understandable, translated from Italian by google translator.

I have a 2015 model 535 and many problems with mine but I have resolved them all now after much work first to change was the rear shocks the engine had all the usual issues so I converted it to carburetor with much better stability now the ecu played up so it got the chop too I bought a bullet rotor and a Chinese gy6 dc CDI module and eliminated all 3 interlock relays and the bike is now reliable and great to ride I also got rid of the fuse box for online fuses and deleted that pesky air box much better access to the harness I know people will disagree with the changes I did but believe me it's  better than when it was from new cheers

Yeah, you built in a crappy carb, a more crappy chinese CDI and an old bullet rotor, and now your bike is much more stable. What does it tell me about the quality of the 535?

I used a Harley cv 40mm carby the rotor is new from late model the CDI gives a much better spark and you are quite right the whole fuel injection system and wiring does have issues the overall quality is good you must have seen many posts here from people with problems with the gt 535 but once they are addressed the bike is good on a side note I have built many custom Harleys cheers

Dinasaur - well done. You tamed a troublesome beast & simplified it as well. Better to be riding than scratching your head second guessing a trouble code. Some folks here wouldn't be happy even if they were hung with a new rope, but the rest of us admire your efforts and innovation.
