When is the Clubman coming to the states? Any plans?

I'm pretty sure that the Clubman EFI is a special which is assembled by the UK Importer Watsonian-Squire.
Not an Enfield factory kit.

However, you might inquire with CMW, because they may be able to get that parts kit for you from Watsonian.

Yes,something to look into. Man I got think that they would sell very well over here. A very affordable Factory Cafe' Racer. Look out Triumph. ::)
