  Thank you tooseevee for your clarification, I too had been having fouled spark plugs issues. After having a look at the spark at the spark plug tip it was very weak. That's why I was looking at getting a high output ignition coil.

           You can't go wrong with the Pertronix.

For comparison my 08 AVL Electra ES, the fuel petcock was a karcoma knock-off (with leaky plastic bowl) and m12 x 1 threads into the fuel tank.
Now I have a on/off petcock from a tomos moped (also m12x1 threads) and similar glass fuel filter inline. I believe the fuel line diameter is 4mm.
