re-2008 bullet Electra x
Starting issues-------
weak orange spark at the spark plug so  changed ignition coil and spark plug
but still the same. I am suspecting the TCI unit now.
Also, I checked the resistance reading of the Pulsar pickup coil, and it was 99 ohms! I read somewhere,it should be 190-220 ohms.
Could this be the problem?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not sure, if the pulsar replaces points in the "make and break" function, I don't see how it would affect the intensity of the spark, which depends on high tension windings of the coil, although a naff spark plug cap would let you down, also using a suppressor plug cap with a resistor spark plug will weaken the spark. Plain cap + resistor plug OR suppressor cap + plain plug is preferred.

What plug and plug cap are you using? I assume you have checked the battery and all the relevant terminals/connections. Meanwhile, if it DOES turn out to be the pulsar coil, a whopping £7.50 will get you a new one here:
