Hello Everyone,

My 2019 make interceptor 650 is facing strange issue with the ABS system  while riding the bike the ABS light start to glow in meter console and goes away after sometime then again comes back.

Today gone to Royal Enfield Service station they checked the ABS system with the company engine management system DOL tool its showing error code C1059 Which is for ABS voltage high and failure type UZ its been shown in the error code history and the company people deleted then error code from history but again after 5-6 kms of ride its again showing the same symptoms and DTC Code C1059  ABS Volatage high and failure type UZ.

What should have caused it or the ABS is giving up please help

Check your battery voltage while the ignition is off and then when it's running. If the voltage is excessively high, it could be your charging system.

Check that the  front & rear ABS sensors have not been disturbed.

Today checked it again at service Centre and after a lot of finding they say that the RR unit is faulty that has caused ABS High Voltage. Now waiting for the replacement RR Unit

Sorry I had C1095 instead of C1059. C1059 is Voltage too high and yes a new RR should be the fix.

Is it necessary to change the Stator assembly along with the RR unit

Hi, I have an interceptor 650 with the same problem, first time in service they told me that is humidity in the sensor or dust; they clean it but the abs and check engine light lighted up again. Any luck changing the RR unit? because my problem appears when I'm going really slow due to traffic jams, I donĀ“t think that is overheating, maybe something about the electrical parts when the engine is running slow or idle.

Hello!

I have the same problem after 3 years of having my motorcycle. I no longer have a warranty and I would like to know how those who have already had this problem solved it

Even out of warranty ... you could ask your dealer if they know what the problem is ... and how much to fix it ...
If they don't know, ask them to find out so that then you can continue discussions.
Sometimes it makes sense to pay a company for a repair. But it is never a good idea to turn over anything for a specific repair if they don't know how to fix it.

I had similar problem.

It was a bad regulator /rectifier

when the voltage goes whacky, it can trip a sensor and idiot light.

By a cheap digital volt meter gauge, and connect to battery while riding see if the voltage is steady at 14+volts  of if it spikes up to 16 volts or more at times.

Others on the net have had similar and solved with new RR

This is cheap.
