It's not the EPA but the CARB that is halting non-compliant bikes sold next year. It brings ORVs in line with street bike requirements already in place. 2021 and older bikes are exempt from this enforcement and the bottom line is that new dirt bikes will require similar emissions levels to street bikes. Some manufacturers are in compliance, but they all knew they were getting a temporary reprieve that would end.

More Saturday brain fog. You are right. I continually get the EPA mixed up with the CARB. It is apparently all the same to me.
