Ok, looking at the fleabay and saw this item... I have no real idea what it could be and I don't know if I agree with the sellers guess... Any thoughts?

I'm thinkin not RE because... no Enfield a " Royal" only.

Found it !! It goes on a  1950's vacuum cleaner the front piece as on Google.

  So you really wouldn't want to mount it on a bike..may make it suck. :D
