Any suggestions for a headlight grill that perfectly fits Himalayan ?

Hitchcocks do a stainless mesh one. Various Indian suppliers have either mesh or horizontal bar types in black and chrome. It sort of depends on where you live, what you are looking for and how much you want to pay.

At least with Hitchcock you will get what you pay for. Indian suppliers sometimes get it right and other times - not so much
