Here's another option for a low bar, if you don't mind them wide.  Hitchcock's low Interceptor bars.  They describe them as a copy of the bars on the fifties Bullets and twins.  They definitely have the look of a fifties bar, with a big bend forward before they come back.

The dimensions on the website give the impression they are similar to the stock bar except lower.  They are about the same width, but because of the bend are both lower and further forward.  I described it in an earlier thread as halfway between the stock bars and clubmans.

At the grips the bars are more angled back.  A big improvement over stock.

They come drilled for the switch housings, and required no fiddling with the cables.  I did rotate the brake hose a bit, and removed the clutch cable guide.

Not as comfortable on an all day ride as the stock bar.  But a big improvement over stock for spirited cornering.
