I do believe you nailed it.  I bet this is the cheap version as only the engine was chrome plated.

Now I see it.  Apparently, I am not all that observant when it comes to flat black paint. They should have chrome plated that name.

What ever it is, I'm glad the portable out houses weren't see thru.
