Title: Increase moderator staffing?

With the prevalence of mass spammers getting in and hitting 40+ posts on each board, should management consider expanding the number of moderators to be able to kick these spammers off the forum?  Some of the forum regulars could be easily taught how to augment the CMW staff.

That could be done but as a moderator on another forum I think I can say it really wouldn't solve the problem.

At best, it would just speed up how fast these worthless posts could be deleted.  After all, moderators can't be expected to patrol the forum 24/7.

My solution is to just hit the "Report to moderator" button in the right side of the last post and write "SPAM".
It doesn't take too long for the moderator to wipe out the post(s). :)
