hi,
i own a thunderbird 2011 uce model 350 cc and yesterday i drove it for 600 km odd with breaks every 1 hour and driving speed was 80 km/hr average in hot climate.
when i reached my home i saw that my exhaust bend pipe from engine developed a crack in the middle some thing like the one in picture(picture taken from google)
my bend pipe looks new but this crack formed recently was like pipe getting too much heat and it got open with cracks like triangle (3 to 4 cuts).
please let me know if there is a problem with over heating or an issue in bike
any suggestions
NOTE: i am using goldstar glasswool silencer for past 1 year..

It looks like it's running a bit too lean and the combustion flame is going down the pipe. You might want to look at your exhaust valve.
