0.6 hp/kg is nothing to get afraid of, considering you put an fat ars rider on it the ratio drops to 0.3-0.4 hp/kg. So it may be a little bit faster than a Ford Fiesta.

@ #3: Our Ford Fiesta's run about 0.07 HP/Lb with a 200 Lb. driver, A Hayabusa about 0.24 HP/Lb with that 200 pound rider, and the Langen comes in at about 0.2 HP/Lb using that same pilot. Y'all must have some damn fast Fiesta's...

That sounds like a lame Hayabusa....is it that heavy? If it was 200kg than it would be ~1hp/kg. That's or maybe even better is ~GSX-R, Panigale or R1.

It's a Hayabusa you can pick up if it tips over. Light motorcycles are a hoot. The buy-in will automatically keep out 98% of us, but what a nice piece of kit. A smaller guy, 110-120 pounds, can enjoy the same kick in the pants corner-to-corner lunge as the 220 pound guy riding the 600 pound Hayabusa, yet be wrestling 350 pounds less hardware. A regular-size guy will feel like he's riding a turbo-charged bicycle, way less hardware/mass between you and the road. Sort of a civilized TZ250.

I personally don't have a spare $30K for a Langen, but if those lottery tickets come thru...

YVPS version claimed 59HP 46Nm (34.4ft-lb) at 7500rpm. I had one - was a wheelie machine even at 168kg
