Retred Honda tech! In the USA the "Genuine Scooter Company" and "Cleveland Cycle Werks" carry a 400 Honda single based thumper and are looking at soon importing the 650 Honda based machine also. The already available in the USA G400C is a Shineray product. - ACR -https://clevelandcyclewerks.com/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cleveland_CycleWerks http://www.genuinescooters.com/http://www.genuinescooters.com/genuine_news/2019/G400C-Motorcycle-Review.pdf>>> They knew their customers wanted retro styling and that it was going to be made in Asia, to get that combination of rugged durability and affordable pricing. They found it with Shineray, a Chinese manufacturer that, back in the day, worked with Honda to develop and build the Asian market CB400SS. Classic looks, Japanese-engineered durability: Ding! Ding! Genuine knew it had a winner.<<< xxxxxxxxxhttps://www.motorcyclenews.com/bike-reviews/mash/x-ride-classic-650/2020/Mash are a French concern – and yes, they’re named after the TV show of the '70s/'80s. In business for a decade, their bikes are actually built by Shineray, a huge Chinese company that makes a very comfortable living from building machines based around existing designs. For the Mash X-Ride 650 Classic this means the single-cylinder engine that used to power Honda’s legendary NX650 Dominator. There’s more connection to old-school 'giant trailies' too, as there’s an unmistakable and completely intentional hint of Yamaha XT500 to the retro bike’s look. If you still pine for the time of dirt-based thumpers the Mash seems like just the ticket, especially with its very modest £4999 asking. http://www.mash-motors.fr/revendeursEngland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Holland, Portugalhttps://adventure-motorcycling.com/2015/05/04/the-chinese-adventure-travel-bikes-are-coming/xxxx
