Post by: Gregorin on August 04, 2010, 06:59:58 am
I am owner DeLuxe Bullet 500 2006. year and with it have 30 000 kilometers before buy and get on it Hitch competition kit. I was have many problems before running well.
Want to talking about this to see what problems you must expecting before thinking about something like that intervention on machine. Change parts; bellmouth with gauze, pilot jet 30, main jet 135, needle jet P4, all bearings made from England, forged steel conrod, roller big end, forged piston (500cc),valve springs (for higher revs), all new gasket set, all new oil seals, competition cam shafts, alloy pushrods, pushrods adjusters, high capacity oil pumps (feed and return), power box, high output alternator (Lucas), points and condenser, ignition coil (harley-davidson) for 2 sparks, RE ignition transistor, exhaust pipe long and megaphone silencer, exhaust pipe cooling ring alloy.
At the end I have a problem with running mackine. And must doing switching after time.
