I'm interested in buying a Royal Enfield but have concerns over the high speed wabble. Is there a high speed wabble in the handle bars and is there a fix for it?

rider2013:
If you are referring to the past threads on this forum regarding "high speed wobble" in the C5, it was a characteristic of the first year or two that model was out. It apparently had to do with the steering geometry with the 18" front wheel. By the 2012 model year, this had been remedied with a slight change to the steering geometry and change to a 19" front wheel.

Also remember that any thread you read here is someone's specific problem, it isn't usually representative of all the bikes. The vast majority of riders are happy with their machine. If you are going to buy a new one, most threads about 3 YO and older machines probably don't matter. And to put it in perspective: For every one guy that has an idle problem on an EFI machine, there are several thousand who don't.
Hope you pick a pretty color.

Get a B5 or G5 and there is no wobble issue. The new C5s don't have one either.

I had a 2011 C5 with a 18 inch wheel, it had no wobble.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I like the red or the olive green. Its going to be a hard choice. I'm going down the local dealer this weekend to plant my butt on one and get a good walk around inspection of the bike too.

Tough choice. OD is cool, the red is pretty. Which do the girls near you like?
Good choice either way!
