Title: can I race my bullet cafe build anywhere

very confused on how racing around the new jersey area is if anyone has any info let me know its an 2007 electra

It won't be able to enter vintage class events.
But most tracks occasionally have open "track days" where people can pay a fee and ride their bikes on the track.
