Crazy.  And sad that law enforcement officials would endanger the safety several motorcyclist like that just to give them a flipping ticket.  Ridiculous.

Somehow, police forcing lawful motorcycle riders to choose to ride across the double lines to pass their vehicle and then be able to proceed at a reasonable rate of speed does not sound like they are trying to encourage safe riding.

If not outright trying to kill a few bikers their action to entrap them is reprehensible.
