Need Help from someone in India finding the Foundry that produces UCE cams

I saw a logo on a cam that looked like a Griffin  (standing lion)  must be Foundry logo.

I made a fixture to mass produce US Spec cams and need a source for semi-finished blanks.

Foundry? I don't think they're castings, more likely machined from steel Billet. Try e-mailing Lalli Singh in India, he's probably one of the most clued up folks over there, and he's used to dealing with Westerners.

If you were wanting to produce custom iron barrel cams that would be a bit easier, I know Henry Price in the UK uses AVL cams as blanks!

Adrian  its a type of drop forging    common in cam manufacturing.

I do not know Mr. Singh     A few years ago I tried to get help from Kevin M  no luck.

Tried a few places in India  no luck.   All the bikes in the US need 500 cams    for safety !!!!

Any ideas on the logo..    At first I thought it might be an English Foundry   That would be silly to ship

them???   I guess.

So a forge, not a foundry, then! The Griffin sounds familiar, I think the previously-mentioned AVL cams have the same logo. Try a google image search?

I thought the USA was ground zero for all sorts of wonderful custom engineering for various kinds of hot-rodding, there must still be some of of this left?

Very little foundry work in America.

Most aftermarket rods are forged in China and machined in US.

Few are done at a foundry in Texas were the clean air regs are lax.

I lump this metal work as foundry.   I don't have an example of the Griffin logo cam .

Maybe what you sent will help.
