Title: Cheap and accurate digital tire pressure guage.
Post by: Ice on September 18, 2013, 05:43:45 am
 Slime digital tire pressure guage.
Measures in Kpa Bar and PSI.
Measures PSI in 1/2 pound increments with resolution under a tenth.
Available at Walmart, O'Reilly's, Auto zone etc. fore around ten bucks.

Two years of rough and tumble use with no faults yet despite being kept in my riding jacket pocket from new. I now have one in every glove box.

I've had good luck with Slime gauges, even the non-digtal dial style.  They're accurate and reliable, what more could you ask for from a tire gauge.  :)

I have three digital tire gauges.  1 is a Slime, 1 a no-name brand, and the third is a RoadGear.  All three read a different pressure on the same tire.  For some reason, I trust the RoadGear one, so I add 1/2 psi to the slime gauge's reading and subtract 1/2 psi from the no-name gauge's reading since the RoadGear always indicates right between the two.

I've always wondered if there's any way to find a truly accurate gauge.

Cheers,
