Hi guys and gals.

I've just knocked off a circuit of the Barrington Tops area of NSW taking in well known motorcycle touring roads like Putty Rd, Wollemi Rd, Copeland Tops and Tunderbolts way.  How did the Meteor perform?  Faultlessly.  I simply cannot believe that I can thrash this little beast on dirt, mountains, highways and farm roads and it doesn't falter.  Engine is loosening up very well and it can cruise at 100kmh (indicated) easily but the vibrations are noticable, it's comfortable at 90kmh.

As noted elsewhere the touring screen is for city use, not touring.

Did you or not heed the warning "steep descent" ? Being a lover of steep hills and climbing them I would have gone down jut to blast back up!

I know what you mean. I'd just climbed up the road to that sign and had turned around in the car park.
