I have these on my Enfield. I will try and post a pic this weekend. I have Ace bars though, so they might look a bit different than on your bike.

For what it's worth, They don't seem to work well with the Ace bars. Mostly I just see my arms.

I had to bend them further to not see my arms with the stock bars. Its easy enough, just add more bend.

I have another one for you Kevin.

I ordered the primary service kit the other day so that I could get new gaskets to use when reinstalling my primary (the whole primary, not just the outer cover). Mostly I wanted the gasket between the inner primary case and the crankcase, but figured I might as well replace the o-ring while I was at it.

Before I ordered I did a search of your site for "primary gasket" you get 3 options:

The Primary Chaincase gasket has no description.

I assumed that the Primary Service Kit was a combination of the chaincase gasket and the o-ring. The kit description is as follows:

This kit includes a gasket and all of the various o-rings and washers needed to accomplish this task. (If the chain is worn, the Chain and Sprocket Kit - Z91184 for the 350, or Z91185 for all the 500s - will take care of that.)  Specify whether you have (a) an Original Bullet 4 or 5Spd ($13.95), or (b) an Electra or Lean-burn Bullet ($20.95).  (Picture shows an Original Bullet kit.)

First, there is no picture.

Second, I assumed that the gasket referred to was the gasket between the inner primary housing and the crank case. However, when I got the kit it consists of the o-ring gasket between the inner and outer case and some other misc gaskets and washers. No inner primary/crankcase gasket.

The picture would have really helped, but a clearer description would have been even more helpful.

As a result of the confusion I can't get the gasket before the weekend and am going to have to make my own gasket. I can do this, but it's a pain in the butt and I was trying to avoid it.

No recriminations, just an opportunity for an incremental improvement in the web site.

I wrote the description and it never would have occurred to me to think about the inner primary gasket. However if you did, then many others will as well. You make a good point. When I was a shop[ techer I found that if most of the kids did poorly on a test it was becuase of the way I wrote the test not the kids which probably applies here.
As a rule most OEM parts are NOT listed on the website because so much confusion can exist about part numbers. We are going to start to list them in a new site we hope to have up soon and hope that it doesn't add to the confusion. You also stumbled into something else with the "V" number. They are only found in the Vintage section of our site and are only parts for Vintage bikes and have no relevance to modern bikes. This is obvious is you go to the Vintage parts area, however when you search for a part by name like you did it is not obvious at all another thing for us to look at.

I understand.

I would suggest that certain parts should come bundled with gaskets. A good example is the countershaft sprocket, which cannot be replaced without removing the primary. The gasket I was looking for should be bundled with the sprocket, or the description should recommend replacing the gasket and give the part number.

Another is the kickstart pawl, which you may recall I just replaced, which required a new gasket for the inner transmission cover.

Lastly, I am replacing the sprague clutch, so the gasket for the starter clutch assembly cover should be a recommended addition to the Sprague assembly itself.
