Title: C5 vs G5

I love the look of the black C5 except for the tank with the white in the logo design.  However,  I love the tank on the black G5 with the gold lettering and pin stripping.  So, could a G5 tank be put on a C5 or would it look goofy? Or should I just get a black G5 and put a solo seat on it?

Keep in mind the tanks are not the same. I don't know if they will bolt on but the mounts and sheet metal are different.

sacrilege I know but I hate the looks of the C5.
And love the looks of the Twin spark Thunder Bird.
Can a C5 be converted to look like a Thunder Bird ?
