Such a moving story.  His best friend followed right after him.

War may be pointless, but the willingness to be a warrior is not... those who serve have earned a special place...

dogs r great...of course they are like that..they get attached and have a relationship with you...u spend countless hours with them and nourish and protect them and they give companionship and uncontested love.think of it as being married but without all the  extras..when both of my previous dogs died, the one died outside and its my belief he did it for my benefit..my other dog i had to out to sleep but it was the vet opinion that she lasted another year because she loved us and wanted to be with us longer...i believe a dog can die of a broken heart just like a person..the Philly boy says :screw Vick and the big sell up there about we can't win without him//what a bunch of marketing nonsense/ they'll never win with him and i now root for them to lose (ya baby/go anyone else) ...if u get a chance stop by your local SPCA and drop in 5 bucks..
Oh Magoo you done it again

We are fortunate, blessed to have young people so dedicated to the defense of our way of life.Critters are a blessing, also,I believe they add a dimension only they can achieve.Or they will, with some encouragement and good treatment.
