Does anyone know where to get a ks only inner primary to fit a 07?  I have an 07 military with just over 8000 miles on it and i have only used the electric start a dozen times (it usually does not engage) and plan on removing it, if for no other reason than looks.
thanks

I would call CMW and ask. This may involve some engineering. I have never done this so I don't know for sure, but I'll bet you need more parts than you think. Then you'll have to modify to fit. The starter clutch can be fixed.

There's a guy named cjayjeff that did this to his '06 Classic.  Posted instructions and photos in the royalenfield yahoo group:

Instructions and photos are quite detailed.  Most difficult part was machining the starter gear off the engine sprocket on a lathe.   Everything else looks like it could be done with hand tools.  Look for "ES to KS conversion no pics"  in the files section and "ES to KS conversion" in the photos section.
