It's a nice looking machine, but I would agree with your assessment regarding the rear fender. The bike looks a little naked without one.

oh man.  i like the bike artistically but you are right on the money... that rear tire is WAY to close for comfort.  one bump and your undercarriage is getting cleaned.

Seems to me there are two heads in jeopardy there..... ;)

Nice styling exercise.  Since it will never be ridden in the rain, the lack of fenders is no problem. 

The lack of helmet, however, shows a lack of brains.   imho, of course.
A Royal Enfield owner's cup is always half full.

Reminds me of the time I was hanging off the back of a hardtail mountain bike on a really nasty rocky descent and my ass hit my 24" 3" wide rear tire and gripped it mercilessly. 

This perfected an alternative to the disk-brake technology on our advanced mountain bikes, called the "junk-brake."  Fully organic and semi-renewable technology, but only good for about one stop a year.

That's a pretty neat idea. I think I like the spirit more than the end result, but the vaguely-boardtracky look is fantastic.
