singh: I watched the whole video....Reminds me of sunday evening dinner at the Ashoka hotel in Delhi and eating delicious Mughal dishes prepared by a chief..They always had a sitar player perform while u ate and dip your nan with chili's into black lentils (served in a cooper pot with a dollop of yogurt on top) and of course u had to have the potatoes and cauliflower...Another great place was the President hotel in old Delhi where the minced meats and nan were no.1...But to get their by taxi u had to go through a wave of humanity...All part of the flavor....Thanks again and Bob Bezin surprises me again..wow go figure a sitar player and part of a belly dancing troupe...Now we know what motivated Bob....Gotta to go I'm hungry. Cheers.
